Just read a couple of the reviews on here about the Coast, i'm afraid to report they are all true. Try Blue Bar at the harbour, great pub/ food/ talent etc The Coast caters for the lower end of the market! - Keith, Meath

Was in The Coast Inn recently as i hadn't visited for a while. What a big disappointment, the old place is gone forever! no atmosphere, rude staff, the revamp has destroyed the place. Had some bar food! avoid please, processed food at a cost! Overall not a good experience. Sorry guys but you will need to do something more than a cosmetic cover-up.... - Gerry, Skerries

Smashing pub with friendly staff and great atmosphere. Gets pretty busy at the weekends with music to suit all in the lounge and a little louder and up to date in the sports bar. Nice pint. Well worth a drop in if in the area. - NicNak, Ireland

The Coast Inn has dropped in popularity due to new management. The new clientele are loud, rugby playing, towel flicking jocks. The new manager, who I wont name couldnt organise a **ss up in a brewery. The staff are rude and obnoxious and I will never go there again, I came all the way from Kansas and was highly disappointed.-A unsatisfied customer, Kansas

Under new management, whole pub is kicking again. Card games on Monday and Tuesday nights. Cheap cocktails on Thursday nights. Friday open all areas, cheap pints in sports bar. Sat night, get there early to avoid being turned away because of a full house! Wind down on sundays wth sports on the big screen and Budgie's sunday night quiz! - Anonymous, Ireland
