after frequenting a number of pubs in the city centre for many years, i finally stumbled upon a quaint little irish bar by the name of mulligans.on entering, i instantly became aware of a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout. with gentle irish music playing in the background and the walls adorned with authentic irish bric a brac, the overall atmosphere here is truly incredible. although you are aware you are in the centre of manchester,you experience a relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. the bar offers fast friendly service and boasts the best pint of guinness in manchester. - pamela, england
