I had some friends visiting Ireland for a week and we went on the Traditional music trail in Dublin. This pub was undoubtedly the best, and the Merry Ploughboys folk group are outstanding. They play at the nightly music and dance shows in the pub. We had the pre-show menu and its was very good pub food. Very friendly atmosphere between locals, staff and musicians - my friends got to meet the band afterwards at the bar. The following night we did Johnnie Fox's pub and while it's a nice pub it lacked the authenticity of Taylors. - Eva, Ireland
