The West. is the best!
The Westport Inn in Rennes is my favourite Irish pub in Brittany. The craic is very good, the staff and all the cutomers are very nice people to talk, always in a good mood. Live coverage of Rugby, soccer and GAA, there is a darts team and a GAA club as well. Infortunately there is no Guinness like most of the Irish pubs in France now, but the Beamish is almost like the Guinness in Ireland, the best stout in Rennes anyway. And like the owner always say, UP MAYO! - Gwendal, France Anonymous, Jun 14, 2006 |

This is a very good pub, the owner is mad about Mayo,it's all about Mayo,Galway, The West and GAA. There is a good session on the Tuesday night.Lots of darts players as well and a GAA club.
