Honestly I used to love this place. It used to be really alive, but now it seems to be filled with tourists (the bulging shopping bags with sunglasses type), amidst some shipwrecked looking locals... The problem is that the live music is terrible; they've built up such a bad reputation for how they treat their musicians that no one good will play there anymore. That's what did I think, because it used to be a real romp. My vote is that you can do a whole lot better in the neighborhood. - The real Mcoy, France
