Sex Not Specified I can only think the good reviews were written by the owner. Has changed hands a couple of times I believe which explains a lot. No draft beer and not a girl worth looking at. Avoid like the plague - Simon, Canada

Male Worthless bar.Complete waste of a great idea. No management and staff would rather fill their faces than deal with customers.

Sex Not Specified Visited this bar a few times previously and enjoyed. Was staying at the Queen's Park hotel and was a great place to start a night out along with Popeye bar also on 22. According to the owner of Popeye has changed hands for the worst and lost its regulars and staff it seems ( only two there when I visited and a chap messing with CDs). Real shame as was a great little beer bar and very friendly crowd. Seems to have got a bit dilapidated as well interior wise.

Male I gave this bar two tries as anybody can have an off night. I was disappointed both times. The first I went early and thought maybe that was the problem. The next time it was a little later in the evening around 9 or 10. I had two drinks both time hoping that things would improve while there but no luck. As a Simpson’s fan I was looking forward to this bar and had seen it linked to other websites about Bangkok bars with positive reviews. Even the staff looked like they wished they were somewhere else. I enjoyed other bars in that area and should have written their names down so I could recommend them over Flaming Moes to anybody else who is going for the first time. Next time I will.

Sex Not Specified Have to say one of the dullest bars have been in. A couple of Yank folk sat faces in glass and staff eating outside. No draft beer and no food available despite advertising so. One drink and was away. Shame as was looking forward so much to visiting here. - Michael, Vietnam

Male Flaming Moe’s has been my regular hang out since they opened. Undoubtedly one of the most popular darts bars in town. Find a game anytime or join one of the teams playing in Tuesday and Thursday leagues. Pool table and a team in the local pool league.

THE best price on Tiger draught beer in Bangkok. Cocktail menu has all the well known standards plus FM’s unique cocktails - each one named for a Simpson cartoon character. The most popular is the bar’s namesake. For those brave enough to down one of these you get your name added on the wall. One was enough for me. How Dr. Knot has had over a hundred is a true testimony of his drinking ability!

Only thing on the food menu is pies and these sell out faster than they can order them. Last but certainly not least is the staff. A friendlier more attentive group of girls are not to be found.

Easy to find from the location map on their website

Sex Not Specified Great small bar on soi 22. Friendly, attractive staff and outstanding drink specials, including a 3 hour daily happy hour with draught beer at only 45 baht and bottles at 50. Also has a full cocktail menu, which is unusual for bars in this area. Frequently open late. Alot of expats call this place home, so you can usually strike up a conversation with local or visiting Brits, Yanks or Aussies. The Bar sponsors a pool team and three darts teams. It has to be one of the best dart venues in the city. Great and varied selection of music, as well, everything from Lou Reed to U2, REM, Blur, Green Day, The Kaiser Chiefs and The Killers. The food consists only of hot pies and bagged crisps, but for a local watering hole, it gets my top rating. - Sid, Thailand
