Female Nice bar, nice staff, the food is always good but I've stopped going there because of the price. A tenner for lunch from a carvery is too expensive.

Sex Not Specified I was in Midleton for a few days for a wedding last week and, having seen the Elm Tree here, decided to call in for a change of scenery. It's a good pub. We called in on the way back from Cork for a drink and a meal and it was worth the detour. There's a nice feeling to the place. Very relaxed and easy-going. But it was really the menu that attracted us to stop in the first place and this was excellent. They have a really varied menu and it's very reasonable. The pub itself is a bit out of the way (and I'm not sure anyone but locals would find it...we definitely wouldn't have!) but if you're around East Cork it's worth calling in here. - Ryan, England
