This is my favorite place! Always a good crowd and something going on. Best Corned Beef in the Midwest. I saw elevation last weekend and it was amazing! I definately recomend it to anybody. - Johnny, USA

I like Ballydoyle's. It is full of Irish tradition in a beautiful location in scenic downtown Downers Grove. They have entertainment every day, including Tuedsday Night Trivia and many great bands. Ballydoyle's has a great selection of tap beers, incuding Guiness, Harp, Bass, Smithwicks, Woodchuck Cider, Carlsberg & Sierra Nevada. The menu is full of Irish-inspired foods, such as the corned beef bites, Guiness Marinated Steak Sandwich, and Boxty Dishes (stuffed potato pancakes). Parking is decent and it is walking distance from the Burlington-Santa Fe Northern Downers Grove train station. The servers and bartenders are appreciatingly friendly. A great night out - any night of the week!
